HX-4010 organosilicon triple proof adhesive series
HX-4010 is a single component ketone oxime type moisture cured silicone triple proof adhesive, neutral, low viscosity, low stress, soft, easy to spray and dip coat.
Suitable for moisture-proof coating on the surface of circuit boards, insulation and moisture-proof treatment of components, and shallow sealing of electrical modules. It can also be used for coating PCB boards with a small amount of solder residue on the surface; It has excellent seismic resistance, corona resistance, leakage resistance, and resistance to cold and hot changes.
